RETURN

Unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be returned within 7 days from the date merchandise was received. Item(s) must be returned in condition received or merchandise will be returned to sender.

 

GUIDELINE

1. A return Authorization must be obtained from customer service to receive a refund. Or the returned package will be returned to you.
2. Please indicate reason for return to get the return authorization and return-to address.
3. Pack merchandise securely. Please include the following information with your return: bill-to name, address; ship-to name, address; order number; reason for return.
4. All returns are recommended to be sent via a traceable carrier. AbercrombieOnSale.Com is not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier. Returns must be shipped prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D deliveries.

Note: Postage is not refundable.
15% handling fee will be deducted from the refund.
Return may takes one to two weeks to process and at least one billing cycle for the credit to appear on your account.
